Sunny is a business manager,
consultant, and trainer with over two decades of work experience. His working
experience includes professional accountancy practice, banking, development
finance, project management and business development.
He has been responsible for the
planning, coordinating, and reporting on several capacity building, assets
valuation and property advisory, project management, research, and business
process outsourcing assignments in the public and private sectors of Nigeria,
United Kingdom, and United States of America. In addition, he has been involved
in the conceptualization, initiation, and implementation of several projects in
the oil and gas, electricity supply, and information technology industries
among others.
Sunny is a Fellow of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of
Nigeria, and The Institute of Chartered Project Managers of Nigeria. He also
holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Project
Management, and a Master of Business Administration.
Uche Alozie
Uche is a Chartered Accountant with
over twenty-two years working career cutting across professional accountancy
practice, insurance, and banking. While in the insurance and banking
industries, he led teams to carry out several audit and investigation assignments
for over nine years.
His recent consulting experience
includes leading teams for the reconciliation and resolution of debt owed by
taxpayers to Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), audit of withholding tax
credit notes as well as banks receipts and remittances of FIRS tax collections.
He was also responsible for the identification of possible ways of growing
taxes in selected sectors (informal sectors) of the Nigerian
economy. He was also the engagement manager for the review of
capital contribution by the three tiers of Government from the excess crude
account and determination of equity structure for Niger Delta Power Holding
Company.
He is a Fellow member of The
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate member of
the Institute of Chartered Taxation of Nigeria. As regards academic
qualifications, he holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Master
of Business Administration. He has over 15 years of experience in Auditing and
Investigation.
Franca Uka
Franca is an associate member of the
National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. She holds a Master in Business
Administration with specialisation in Marketing from Enugu State University of
Science and Technology, Enugu, and a Bachelors’ degree in Marketing from the
University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Franca has over twelve years
practical experience in marketing of financial services. She has also been
involved in the planning, implementation, reporting and presentation of several
consulting assignment in various sectors of the Nigeria economy including
agriculture, oil and gas, power, international development.
Bassey Okon
Bassey is a graduate of accounting
from the Cross-River University of Technology (now University of Cross River).
He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
(ICAN) with over 8 years hands-on experience in professional accountancy
practice. Over the last couple of years, he has
been actively involved in several audit and consultancy assignments both in the
public and private sector. He was a key member of the team that set-up and
operationalised the Nigeria Incentive-based Risk Sharing System for
Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) Plc. a subsidiary of the Central Bank of Nigeria
(CBN). He was particularly responsible for driving the finance, accounting and
regulatory compliance system in the company.
In addition, Bassey was a key member of the team that carried out the 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2020 solid minerals industry audit as well as the 2017 to 2019 Fiscal Allocation and Statutory Disbursement (FASD) Audit conducted by the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI). Bassey is also an experienced ICAN tutor with Pointon Academy. Specifically, he lectures ICAN Case Study, Strategic Financial Management, Performance Management and Management Information.
Vivian Collins
Vivian is a Chartered Accountant with
practical experience spanning over 10 years. Her core areas of expertise
include financial reporting and analysis, auditing and investigation. Others
include budgeting and strategic financial management. She is also vast in tax
planning and management among others.
Vivian is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. As the manager in-charge of Finance and Administration, she is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the Company.
Ese Usigbe
Ese Usigbe is a professional public relations expert with over seventeen (17) years of corporate work experience that transverses Journalism, public relations, banking, real estate, and consulting in the public and private sectors including Nigerian Television Authority as a reporter under the National Assembly, Mathan Nigeria Limited where she worked as a Public Relations Officer, the International Human and Community Rescue Assurance Project, an international non-governmental organisation as Project Development Officer, among others.
She is a strong team player who
believes in great success because of teamwork. Her drive for excellence
combined with her strong verbal, analytical and communication skills have helped to make positive contributions to the several consulting and other assignments that she participated or lead in the agricultural, and extractive industries among others.
Nko Edu
Nko is a finance and tax consultant
with over 9 years of experience. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a
Tax Consultant with YBSM Partners in the United Kingdom until her return to
Nigeria where she worked as an audit senior with JPC where she participated in
several audit and consulting assignments both in the public and private sector.
Her other work experience includes audit of insurance companies and insurance
brokerage firms.
Nko is a member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an associate of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). She holds an MBA in Financial
Management from the University of Wales and bachelor’s in science in Accounting
from Benson Idahosa University.
Benjamin Onekpe
Ben was called to the Nigerian Bar in
2004 as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic
of Nigeria. His over eighteen years post call
experience cuts across litigations, legal drafting and interpretation, debt
recovery, commercial disputes resolution, policy interpretations, corporate
secretarial services, pension management, legal due diligence and regulatory
governance.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Law from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and Bachelor of Law
(BL) from the Nigerian Law School.
Chidera Arueze
Chidera is a legal practitioner and a
member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law
(LL. B -Honors) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT),
Enugu and a Bachelor of Laws (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Bagauda
Campus, Kano State.
She has seven years post call experience which cuts across litigation, property law, human rights, employment and labour law as well as debt recovery. She is a volunteer staff at African Girl Empowerment Network and also an active participant of the International Chamber of Commerce (International Arbitration and ADR Forum). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Women’s Forum (NBAWF), Institute for African Women in Law (IAWL) Early Career Network, International Chamber of Commerce (Young Lawyers’ Forum), London Court of International Arbitration (Young International Arbitration Group) and Amnesty International.
